Job Description

- Coordinate China Production & Logistics team regarding the operational sides.

- An efficient communicator between China operational teams.

Day-Day:

- Ensure all the shipping documents are accurate and finished on time, and send pre-alerts to the UK team once shipments depart from China.

- Maintain the shipment-related data both internally and externally with the suppliers.

- Monitoring and updating every order's status in our sourcing system, mainly the QC and delivery status.

- File management, keeps all the shipment-related documents updated on time and saved in the correct location.

- Samples sending, tracking, management.

- Follow line managers' other assignments.

Job Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain management or International trading is preferred. Will gradutate in 2024.

- 1 or more freight forward, supply chain, or order management intern experiences are preferred.

- Optimistic, dedicated, committed and collaborative.

- Willingness to learn.

- Good interpersonal communication skills, and strong interest in and understanding of international culture and communication.

- Good English reading and writing skills.

- Passionate about sustainability.

- Basic understanding of the global supply chain.

- Must be able to collaborate and work effectively with providers, suppliers and other Sourceful associates.

- Good at Microsoft software like Excel.

- Can provide 3-5 days per week, have an opportunity to become a full-time.
