About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sourcing Coordinator who wants to join a mission-driven start-up. The sourcing coordinator will be working closely with the sourcing manager to develop our manufacturing base and deliver quality products for our clients.

What will your days look like

• Implements order execution with cross-functional teams.
• To work on sourcing solutions and secure deals.
• Negotiate the commercial terms and deal margins with the supplier.
• Find and initial verification of the supplier via Direct Sales deals.
• Grow and maintain supplier base.
• Build a good relationship with suppliers and develop a partnership with key            suppliers.
• Responsible for supplier selection/development, quality and cost competitiveness based on finished product sourcing and measured by defined metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity.

Who are you

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in International Trading or Packaging Engineer
• 1-3 years experience in suppliers development
• Optimistic, dedicated, committed and collaborative
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English, English CET-6
• Strong interest in and understanding of international culture and communication
• Passionate about sustainability
