About the role

Our operation has grown over the past year and we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for warehousing with an obsession with delivering high levels of service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Warehouse Manager with operations in the warehouse including inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment.
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and accurate. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to maximize space utilization.
  • Complete tasks, including documents and spreadsheets, accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing/logistics/sales) regarding orders.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.

About you

  • You’re a self-starter who is happy to work on your own and alongside a team
  • You have the desire to grow into a leader
  • You’re interested in processes, data and learning about sustainable supply chains
  • Project management experience and high attention to detail to ensure delivery of multiple complex client projects on time and meeting/exceeding expectations
  • Appreciation of the value of teamwork, and natural inclination to go above and beyond to help your peers and the business as a whole
  • Strong numerical and commercial acumen
  • You possess ambition and drive to deliver the best results for our clients
  • You’re able to be in the warehouse from 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday
  • You’re happy with physical activity, being on your feet, and capable of lifting 25kg
