About the role
We have ambitious plans to grow direct sales by 4x in 2023. We are looking for a CRM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the thrill of closing deals, and cares about reducing the carbon impact of packaging on our planet.
What your days will look like
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding potential clients to closing deals
- Developing and executing sales strategies to draw in new customers (Outbound and Inbound)
- Serving as the principal point of contact for potential customers, building relationships with them to identify their needs, timelines, budgets and constraints
- Liaising internally with our Sustainability, Design, Sourcing and Tech teams to provide the best advice on the sustainability impact of various product choices, taking the customer’s preferences and budget into account
- Negotiating pricing and payment terms with customers and close on deals
- Providing feedback to our Tech and Management team to continually improve our product and service offering to positively surprise our clients

- Able to demonstrate B2B sales experience in developing pipelines and closing deals
- Possibly able to demonstrate Packaging knowledge and experience
- Able to demonstrate project management experience and high attention to detail to ensure delivery of multiple complex client projects on time and meeting/exceeding expectations
- Able to appreciate the value of teamwork, and have a natural inclination to go above and beyond to help your peers and the business as a whole
- Able to demonstrate strong numerical and commercial acumen
- Able to demonstrate ambition and drive to deliver the best results for our clients
- Are able to demonstrate a track record of thriving in high-pressured environments
- Able to demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for both our clients as well as sustainability-related topics
