Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all categories and manage different category sourcing projects, explore and onboard the top suppliers in the market, and work with them on Sourceful Standard, to deliver high-quality and sustainable products and services for our clients.
2. To follow the sourcing strategy and processes. Responsible for plastic/paper pouch development and getting it launched on Product Cloud.
3. Responsible for supplier selection/development, quality, and cost competitiveness based on finished product sourcing and measured by defined metrics.
4. Build good relationships with suppliers and develop partnerships with key suppliers.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM +NPD +sustainability + QA), fully understand the product requirements, provide quotations, finding solutions with existing or new suppliers.
6. Work closely with internal departments (quality, shipping, finance) and suppliers to ensure that orders are delivered on time and the quality meets the requirements of the company.

About you:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Optimistic, dedicated, committed, and collaborative
3. Willingness to learn
4. 8-10 years experience in international business or trade, packaging working experience is a preference
5. Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English
6. Strong interests and understanding of international culture and communication
7. Passionate about sustainability
8. Experience to manage a team
